I am a product of District 186 schools, and a graduate of Lincoln Land Community College
and the University of Illinois Springfield with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
I am running for Ward 1 alderman because I believe our neighborhoods deserve someone who is committed to serving them, not someone who is concerned about politics and personal ambition. Too often it seems the city council puts politics above what is best for the city and our families. Party politics should have no role when it comes to repairing our streets and providing police and fire protection for our neighborhoods. If elected, accessibility and accountability will be my top priorities. I will be your alderman 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Working together, I believe that we can bring the common sense leadership that is needed on the city council.
