Finally, the Esquire is coming down – a little more slowly than we expected maybe, thanks to its solid construction.
The MacArthur Boulevard Association, with the support of six other inner city neighborhood groups, has contacted Kroger, parent company of the anticipated future Ruler Foods grocery, asking for “a meeting… to discuss the plans for the design, construction and operation of the new store …will lead to a mutually beneficial outcome and a new commercial development we can all be proud to have as our new neighbor.”
