Program
Join us as we welcome Sophia Roth, a project planner on the CONNECT Sangamon County project, to discuss the SCRPC’s Active Transportation Plan for Sangamon County. The Active transportation plan is a combined update of the Springfield Area Transportation Study (2012) and the Rural Sangamon County Bicycle and Pedestrian Plan (2013). The purpose of the active transportation plan is to create a safe network of sidewalks; streets with bike facilities; and multi-use paths.
